How were the golden-sand beaches in Gran Canaria chosen?

Each beach appears here only because its own verified description records golden sand — not because a brochure calls it golden. Because the Canaries are volcanic, golden sand is the exception rather than the rule, so this is a shorter, more selective list than the black-sand one. Where a beach's own notes say its sand was imported or blown in from the Sahara, we pass that on; otherwise we simply record the colour.
